The Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority recently authorized a feasibility study to research ways to provide stormwater management for local municipalities which are currently served by the WVSA for sanitary wastewater treatment. If successful, a new authority will be formed to carry out and management the mandates under federal and state regulations for the member municipalities.
The informational meeting will commence at 11:00am on Thursday, November 17th at the Genetti Hotel and Conference Center, Wilkes-Barre, PA. The program will be attended by Senators John Yudichak and Lisa Baker along with other state officials.
Representative from Laflin will be attending.
