2009 ZONING & BUILDING PERMITS

The Planning Commission and Zoning Hearing Board have been dissolved since the decision to adopt the Luzerne County Planning and Zoning Ordinance on November 20, 2008.  The Ordinance repealed the Zoning and Planning laws of Laflin Borough and adopted Luzerne Co. laws, rules & regulations which were effective 12:01 A.M. The new Code Enforcement Officer and Building Inspector is Greg Gulick from G & R Consultants. Please contact the Borough Secretary for any Building Permits. The application package is available at the Borough Building. You no longer need to go to Wilkes-Barre for any building permits.
